At Johnson Builders Group, we have over 20 years of experience building affordable luxury homes in Northwest Arkansas.  Our team will lead you through the design, budgeting, and building process to help ensure you get the home you have always wanted, while staying in your budget.

Design

Rather than selecting a stock plan from a book or website, you will work with our award-winning architect and team to design a unique home plan tailored to your personal taste, needs, and budget.

Already have a home plan or an architect you would like to work with?  No problem, we can build that too!

Budgeting

Our budgeting process takes the stress out of custom home building.  Rather than using a one size fits all approach to budgeting your home, we will work with you to truly understand the amenities and features you want in your home so that we can provide you with an accurate build price that you can count on.

Build Process

Because we are a small building firm and limit the number of projects we take on, we are able to have an attention to detail and focus on build quality that our competition building 20, 30, or 50+ homes a year cannot match.  We are personally involved in every detail of your home build and treat your home as if it was our own.  You will have regularly scheduled meetings throughout the project with the builders (not a foreman or subcontractor like the other guys) to discuss progress, ask questions, and make on-site decisions.  Our involved approach to building translates into a better home and a better experience for our customers!
